What happens when the monthly hours run out?
Additional work requires agreement. We confirm overage and unused-hour rules in writing before the first month; no automatic overage purchase is made here.
How is access arranged?
Use an appropriate Shopify staff/collaborator invitation or a separate WordPress user with only the permissions required. Never send store passwords, payment details, or private customer records in an enquiry. Access can be reviewed and removed after the work.
