Are backups included?
For WooCommerce, backup frequency, storage and restoration responsibilities are scoped explicitly. Shopify backups depend on available tools and are not implied by a care plan.
Does care include new features?
Maintenance covers the agreed care tasks. New functionality and larger improvements are quoted separately.
How is access arranged?
Use an appropriate Shopify staff/collaborator invitation or a separate WordPress user with only the permissions required. Never send store passwords, payment details, or private customer records in an enquiry. Access can be reviewed and removed after the work.
