What if the problem comes from an app?
We identify what can be changed within your store and discuss vendor support or replacement options when needed.
How is access arranged?
Use an appropriate Shopify staff/collaborator invitation or a separate WordPress user with only the permissions required. Never send store passwords, payment details, or private customer records in an enquiry. Access can be reviewed and removed after the work.
