Is this a full-time Shopify VA?
No. Starter includes up to 10 support hours per month for agreed tasks. Dedicated arrangements need a custom quote.
What happens when the hours are used?
Additional hours require a separate quote. We agree on priorities and scope rather than treating the plan as unlimited support.
Do you handle customer service or fulfillment?
These are not included by default. Any such responsibilities require an explicit contract and appropriate permissions.
